Pirate Pete is in the Mackay area this week.
The Captain dropped anchor at the Kookaburra Child Care Centre first off today.
There was lots of childrens there and some bumble bees and even a ladybird.
We had ourselves a loverly time singing Pirate songs and learning other stuff about Pirates.
When we needed some volunteers to show the rest of us
how to do Pirate actions these two weren't quick enough to get away.
Then Pirate Pete cruised out to Walkerston to visit with
the Pirate crew at Walkerston C and K Kindergarten.
The Captain was so keen he lobbed up too early and were told
"yer volunteers haven't showed up yet so go, take yer diary, sit in yer
cabin and practice yer reading till its the right time."
What a fun time we had when the right time finally rolled around..
We shanghaied a couple of Mums and decided to take a pic to celebrate
But first we had to check the camera were working so we took our own photo....
